Tambi is returning to present the same great LIVE course - just a different day and time so that more people can attend!
This workshop will provide participants with information to assist supervisors of SLP graduate students and clinical fellows to create pathways of positive support. The challenges for new clinicians will be explored. The ASHA guidelines for clinical supervisors will be discussed and case scenarios explored.
Learning Outcomes:
1- Participants will be able to determine the current issues with supervising new clinicians post-pandemic
2- Participants will be able to identify the role and scope of a supervisor versus a mentor
3- Participants will be able to identify supportive resources when facing supervision challenges
