The presentation focuses on providing clinicians and clinical supervisors with strategies for self-guided ethical decision-making with a foundation for promoting ethical practice. Ethical issues related to clinical work in the private practice setting will be discussed. There will also be a brief description of supportive resources and how and when to report ethical violations.

1- Participants will be able to formulate questions to determine the nature of an ethical dilemma
2- Participants will be able to explain the process for reporting ethical violations
